The Nu Chapter honored all the graduating seniors at the annual All Chapter Dinner, held on May 1. We were joined by Alumni Delt members of the House Corporation to recognize the accomplishments of our seniors. After dinner, we then recognized the accomplishments of our seniors with various awards.
Oscar Huettner '77, house corporation president, first recognized the senior with the highest GPA: Will Schlegel ‘24. Keegan Martin ‘22 and Tyler Osipower ‘24 then recognized the efforts of Sam Emery ‘24 and Dimitri Chernozhukov ‘25 as the 2023 Vice President and Treasurer, respectively. Nate Fowler ‘16 announced that by a vote of the Delt undergraduate chapter, Tyler Osipower ‘24 was once again the winner of the Donald G. Kress '58 Memorial Award.
Special recognitions then took place. Michael Roberts ‘26, the current president, recognized Oscar Huettner '77 for all of his contributions as house corporation president. Roberts then further recognized Fowler for all he has done for the Nu Chapter as our chapter advisor. I then recognized the 2023 Director of Housing, Matt Doane ‘24, for all he did to make the new Delta Shelter into a home. Finally, due to being named a prestigious Pepper Prize finalist, Osipower was recognized with the William E. Greenip ‘44 Award.
To wrap up the night, each of the seniors gave a brief speech about what their time in Delta Tau Delta had meant to them. They were then presented with Lafayette Alumni shirts, which is a longstanding Delt tradition.
